Beginning of a Journey

How it All Started

I struggled with focus and follow-through my whole life in ways I couldn't explain. I burned out in a high-pressure sales job, hit a wall, and ended up in therapy. That's where everything changed. I started processing what I'd been carrying. And I got an adult ADHD diagnosis that reframed my entire life.

Therapy gave me language. The diagnosis gave me permission to build a life that actually fit how my brain works.

I'd already been building websites on the side. One of them ranked #2 on Google before I even knew what SEO was. When I was laid off during the pandemic with a newborn at home, I went all in.

I started talking to therapists to understand what they actually needed. What I heard was the same thing everywhere. The tech is overwhelming. The marketing advice doesn't fit our values. Our websites don't reflect who we are.
